Panic attacks treatment
66Panic attacks treatment Without Medication
If you suffer from Panic attacks you sometimes feel you are the only person in the world with these symptoms.
You are not alone 1/10 Americans suffer from this condition.
My daughter has suffered from panic attacks for a long time.
When she was younger they were very mild and would affect her every 6 months or so, so I wasn’t that concerned, but 6 months ago they started to occur on a regular basis.
I was out with her one day when she had a panic attack and I really don’t know who was more frightened.
When I saw her heart beating so strongly, I honestly thought her heart was going to explode out of her chest.
I took her to the doctors hoping that they would be able to help but no, all they did was to give her a leaflet and we were told ”she would grow out of it”
After reading the leaflet and deciding it was of no use I started my search on the internet for Panic attacks treatment Without Medication.
I read many articles and my daughter tried a few different techniques.
She tried breathing exercises, but said these didn’t help, because when she was having a attack she forgot what she was suppose to do.
She tried lemon balm tea, but this was unsuccessful because she didn’t like the taste.
I must admit I was at my wits end until I found a product called panic away.
This program was like a dream come true for both of us.
I read the book to get a feel for what it evolved and then we both sat and watch the vido which lasted 1hour 45minutes.
The first goal in this course is to go a whole week without a panic attack.
She worked through the techniques and to my amazement my daughter went well over 3 weeks without another attack.
I also down loaded the mp3 that came with this course onto her iPod.
She has found this a great help, and it gives her an excuse to take her iPod into school with her.
This treatment is great as there is no medication involved, just the side effect of having a happy confident child.
Does she still have panic attacks?
Yes she does but they are few and far between, and I no longer get phone calls from the school to pick her up.
When she has an attack now she copes with it very well and they are much milder and do not last as long.
I hope this Panic attacks treatment gives you the same positive results, as they have for my daughter.
